Refund (exchange) Policy

It is our pleasure to happily exchange your regular priced selections for boutique credit; due to our no refund policy, within seven (7) days of purchase (including weekends and holiday).
You may use the shipping option of your choice at your cost.
Due to quality integrity we can only exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact (if applicable).
All discounted sales are final, without exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges from customers at any time due to:

Abundant exchange history;

Abundant history of exchanging obviously damaged, used, adjusted, dry cleaned, or incomplete selections; or

Questionable illegal activity.
Additionally, we reserve the right to decline service to any customer due to additional reasons unidentified above.
